Gary A. Murray started hustling before he had a real job: shoveling driveways, raking leaves, sweeping hair at a barbershop, selling gum out of his locker in high school because even then he understood margins. That same instinct, find a need, do the work, figure out the rest, is what built everything since. He bought his first camera in college and never put it down, working a production studio day job in Ohio while building his own client work on the side. From there the range kept growing: real estate photography and video in Baltimore and DC, more than fifty weddings up and down the East Coast, 14 months running Avi8ted House, a multipurpose space in DC, seven-plus short films with Upstream Pictures, and events he built from the ground up. He's a 5x published photographer and was hired by Insider Expeditions to shoot podcasts and a recap video for their Wonder Summit trip to Antarctica. Today, based in the DFW area, he's the founder of 4Story Media and 425 Films, still doing the same thing that got him started: finding the real story and telling it well.
